Payment and terms/terms
What you are agreeing to.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There are no additional fees.
Payment in full50% due at signing, the balance due when the site goes live.
Monthly planNo deposit. The first of twelve monthly payments is due at signing.
Approval
Before you're committed to the full build, I'll present the completed homepage for your review. If it isn't what you had in mind, your initial payment is refunded in full. Once you've approved the homepage in writing and I begin the remaining pages, the full price is owed — including any remaining monthly payments, should you end the engagement early.
Ownership
Your domain, your copy and your photographs are yours from day one, and remain yours whenever and however we part ways. The site itself becomes yours on launch day under the full-payment option, or on completion of the twelve-month term under the monthly plan.
